Any Mary 5 car, District 1, Charlotte Hall, 37662 Mount Wolff Road, 17 to Tractor Supply. 1017 advisor is a white male in the parking lot with red hair, red beard, wearing an orange shirt, causing a disturbance. Same is 10-56. He did drive there in a gray Nissan passenger car. 1017 advised he'd been bothering people in the store, grabbing on to customers and causing a disturbance. Any units able to respond, acknowledge 20-36.
