All units, attempt to locate reckless driving in the area of Enclave, 3810 South Redwood Road. Time lapse is 3 to 5 minutes. Complaintant saw three motorbikes riding on sidewalks, last seen going southbound. The bikes were all black, negative license plates seen. Looked to be late teens, young adults. Attempt to locate at 1836.
