1241, dispatching you, hazardous road conditions, North Point Boulevard and Cove Road, North Point Boulevard and Cove Road. Caller Gary advised that between the location and the Walmart, complainant saw something in the roadway. Looked like a person laying on the shoulder with legs close to traffic.
