20 George 13 Charles, show us arriving on a code 3 disturbance, 12161 Westheimer Road at the Phoenicia. Suspect's saying additional sexual things to the caller and her friend. Tried to slap her. Suspect's a Middle Eastern male, 35 years old, black long hair, black shirt, black shorts. Suspect 2 is a Middle Eastern female, black hair, beige tie, blue jeans. Stating suspects are inside business. Caller's waiting outside in the front.
