Units, 3201, 3202. It's a juvenile complaint in progress at Lakeshore Heights Plaza, 6195 Route 31 off Sandra Ave, the town of Cicero. We'll be in the back parking lot. Caller saying there's a group of 8 to 12 juveniles, approximately 12 years of age, messing around with pallets, painting them with a large stick. Caller told them they were not allowed back there. The juvenile said harassing the caller.
