602 South 8th Street. It's now a women's sober living facility. States there was a male that walked up the driveway and was in the garage. The homeowner confronted him. He had a key for the garage so that he used to live there when it was a male sober living. He took off walking, refused to give her the key. Says he's walking towards the soup kitchen. Older male in his 40s. Says he has blue t-shirt on, blue jeans, and like a blondish-reddish beard.
