Subject is going to be driving a silver, light blue Mercury Mariner. Also has a white Nissan passenger car, four-door. North Niles Avenue, East North Shore Drive. Caller's advising east side of the trail, south of North Shore Drive. There's a male, might be having a medical situation, cannot stand, possibly intoxicated. It's an older white male with a bike next to him, approximately 60 years old. He's going to be on the bike trail, Niles and North Shore.
