Delta, 52 Delta, I pulled you for that accident, hit-and-run. It's going to be at 2nd Avenue North, 4th Street North, 2 and 4. It's in front of the Randolph Hotel. The vehicle hit the complainant's vehicle and fled. Rescue's not responding with a time lapse of less than 5 minutes now.
