112, pick up the serious traffic complaint in the area of Hillcrest Elementary School, 1500 Frederick Road. One fire through Frederick near South Rowling and Smithwood. Caller is a Matt. Matt's advising juveniles riding a dark bike behind the location almost hit one. There's three or four of them.
