For a child welfare check at Hollins Lane and Hadley Drive in the area of the mailboxes. 1017 advises a number one juvenile male, about 9-10 years old, wearing an oversized gray shirt and blue shorts, is walking around in circles and waving his arms around and trying to stop cars that are passing him.
