41. Jubilee Burgers, 858 South 38th Street. Last seen leaving southbound on Thompson in the black older Nissan Maxima with a cracked windshield. Washington Charles William X-ray 0706. Walked by by a male and a female that were being harassing and verbal with customers and probably being verbal with each other. No weapons were seen, but the male was making verbal threats with a weapon and both subjects seemed to be intoxicated. Male was a black male, 50s, 5'7", 216, bald with a gray and black facial hair, white shirt, gray pants.
