I passed this going the opposite direction. Wondering why all the other vehicles were stopped. Thinking maybe they hit some debris.
Traffic is still flowing slowly slowly & THP is there. Yes the trailer itself is busted open but nothing you can do until a tow truck arrives. Thanks
