Information, units on a driving complaint currently in the village of Brooklyn. It's northbound on North Rutland Avenue from Church Street. It's a tan-colored truck driving all over the road. It went into the ditch to get around other vehicles and driving at a high rate of speed. It may have turned into the mobile gas station now in Brooklyn.
