Attention units, special attention Oregon, a driving complaint in the area of Lynn Trail and Sumac Street. Four-minute time lapse, a baby blue Dodge Caravan that had no back plate were throwing fireworks out the window. Caller also stated the vehicle was driving down Alpine Parkway. They followed the detour, possibly towards the memory care unit. Again, a baby blue early 2000s Dodge Caravan, no back plate, throwing fireworks out the window.
