You checked the area. Old Mill Restaurant area, Old Mill Avenue. Complainant, a reckless driver, a white Toyota SUV, unknown 28. Caller advised they were break-checking them all the way down Old Mill Avenue. Then the SUV turned on Old Mill Street. They did not have contact with the vehicle, did not have a tag number.
