Got a call in the area of Highway 101 and East Harbor, kind of in front of Ross. Caller states there's a male putting a dead elk into a pickup truck on the side of the road. She wants someone to check it out, thinks it's suspicious. It's going to be a white pickup truck, possibly a Dodge.
