28-97, 28-97. Your suspect, Ken Warren 5th, is still at the location. Took a black moped and is now taking a yellow moped. I'm attempting to get an actual address. He's taken off his red hooded sweatshirt. He is now wearing a dark gray shirt with a backpack. Additional incident 1898. Engine 1.

28-97, 28-97, BFMV suspect there now, Kenmore and 5th, go to incident 1890, RD 2025. 910 roger, show us en route. 28-90, roger. I do have eyes on that suspect, just north of 6th on the east side of Kenmore, sitting down by the fire hydrant. I'll need the response unit on set flex. on the suspect, east side of Kenmore, north of 6th.
