We have a animal call came in at 1210 North Eisenhower Drive, Lowe's in Beckley. It's a red Volkswagen near the exit door. There's a dog walking the vehicle with the windows are rolled down a little bit. Possibly a Rottweiler, doesn't seem aggressive. But there's a subject on scene, says the dog is crying and panting really hard. They're waiting on an officer to come check on it. Beckley 65.
