21, can you check 711 East 1st Avenue by the laundromat? I have a caller reporting either a Black or Hispanic male looking in the parking lot, appears to be looking into vehicles. He's currently next to a pickup truck. Going to be male, unknown race, wearing a green t-shirt, black pants, and he's bald.
