On a larceny, 615 Kirkpatrick Street, 615 Kirkpatrick, cross of Carbond and Spring. No one to meet with. Caller will take a phone call with meet me. She witnessed a silver Elantra and Hyundai Santa Fe, color black, in the area with two juveniles, unknown race, last seen wearing black hoodies and pants, attempting to break into a third vehicle, and then they ran off after dropping something in the roadway. Juveniles are last seen heading.
