It's going to be in the area of 400 Stella Drive. Caller advised it's an outside fire. Advised he did not see anyone near it and no lights were on at the house. It's going to be in the area of 400 Stella. He did advise the fire was the size of a campfire on a slope next to a ditch. He does have the possibility of spreading. He was not on scene. He was just driving past.
