Have a major disturbance. It's going to be at 2727 West Jefferson Boulevard. Tow truck driver contacted the dispatcher, said he's not able to get, he's not able to safely get to his phone. Advising that he's blocked in at that location. He's going to be in a Dodge Ram tow truck, black or white in color with beacons on it, in front of building 4.
