10-54, 450, Roy Wilkins, unit 320. Caller advised she could hear someone at her door and then saw someone being pushed outside. Unknown description, but thinks it's the neighbors. You can live up on the fourth floor. Said to push a buzzer when you get on scene and they can let you out.
