It’s not overturned just hit 3 parked cars
The gray sedan was racing to pass another car a maroon car (might have been a ford) that was already going fast, and crossed the double line into the center, and then it seems another car was coming from the opposite direction so while he was passing he had to swerve back into the lane and somehow lost control and hit the parked cars and flipped over. Insane. I left the scene because I was afraid something worse would happen or they were high.
