478, signal 81 was previously an 81, 89. Occurred, I-35, northbound 89th Street. RP states they both stopped at the West Stanley Rothert Shrine, just off of 89th Street in front of I-35. A1 vehicle is a black Chevy Silverado, 89's a green unknown passenger car. Maybe they have a tag.
