Got a 13 Papa coming in North Main Street, West 1st Avenue. They believe that there is a female in danger. She's in a group of five people who keeps nodding off and can barely respond. Advising she can't even stand up or walk. They're trying to call an Uber for her to get her out of there and elsewhere. No signal zero is involved with the whiskey box shot. 20 to 25-years-old, slim-build, wearing a blue top and blue shorts. They're on a bench between 1st and University.10-4.
