A 61 Alpha, pull over on a disturbance, 4708 Laughlin Road. It's been holding since 2148. Complainant is Kyler Brown with Eminem Towing. He was involved with a female who was refusing to allow the complainant to tow her white Honda CR-V. He's advising the subject got into the vehicle as it was being lifted. He's being called back advising that the situation is under control. He was able to tow the vehicle. Just check for a disturbance, 4708 Laughlin Road, 941. 641.
