129, incorrectly titled a hit-and-run. It's a property damage at the Walmart, 3601 Washington Boulevard, off Commerce and Robert Young. Lanera says she saw a couple kids on mopeds grab a cart and ambit into a vehicle and then take off. They were wearing masks. Two white males, nothing further than that.
