Attention all units, priority company on the lookout, reference to a seen-armed driver in the area of Jonestown Road and McGregor Road. All units going up for a black Nissan, possible 28 of Robert King Zebra 8330 or KZ 8330. PR advises, 230 driver, driving a seen-armed manner. Unable to maintain length of travel. Last seen heading south on Jonestown. All units be advised, camera's rolling.
