2811 and 820. 1. 820. We showed over to the parking lot outside of 401 Matthew Circle. We got a caller, resident nearby, resident Jack, reporting a white Hyundai with a cap and a blade on the ground. He reports a party might be attempting to take the Cadillac converter. At this time, there was nobody in the other vehicle.
