1713, check well being at 1150 East US 60 at the Walmart Supercenter. Female on scene, appears to be possibly intoxicated on a controlled substance. White female in a green shirt and black sweatpants. She got into a vehicle and then tried to get into an employee's car, and she's saying that she cannot find her Toyota, currently sitting on a bench on the grocery side. All clear, en route. 1728, I'll go with him. Clear.
