400 James Street at the Snowden Apartments. Kasim Burks is calling. States one white male and one black male between the ages of 30 and 50 years old. Came out of a white Honda, unknown reg. Held the caller at gunpoint and stole his e-bike. Incident occurred 10 minutes ago. They were both wearing white shirts, and the black male had the gun. 23-19.
