519, caller was a third party advising that a silver truck, possibly a Chevrolet, backed into a Ford Fusion in the drive-thru and smashed the front of the car. He got the tag number for the truck. It was Lincoln, Mary, William, 9183. Lincoln, Mary, William, 9183. They were following it. They had turned down 4th Street, passing Commerce Street when I last spoke with them.
