Thank you. Advising this is almost four hours old. West 106 and Western. The caller is a passerby, so I didn't actually get any victim. It was a vehicle hit, skip, or parked vehicle. It's a possibly or SUV parked at the corner. The suspect vehicle was a blue Chevy Rado with a plate of John F. Barney 7435. They're no longer on scene. It's a code 3, CAD 0552. Copy. Thank you. 2043.
