3030 Millstone Drive, 3030 Millstone Drive. Caller's reporting that a tenant was supposed to leave on the 3rd and was refusing to leave. It'll be a Francis Deji, 10-10-1962. It'll be a Black male, negative weapons, just refusing to leave. He's now naked and laying on the ground like a dog. He's in the room that he rented.
