Caller reported, PY, Black female, 19-21-years-old, slim-build, light-brown hair, yellow top, blue jeans, shorts, arguing with the caller, making threats. Caller said PY lost her phone and the vehicle was broken down. The vehicle's engine is going to be a white Mercedes 350, unknown license plate.
