10-4, I've got a traffic incident, no injuries, Belair Road and Fullerton Ave. Caller's advising, two-vehicle MVC. She thinks the other driver has been drinking. They're in the middle of the intersection. Traffic is apparently affected. How do you want this handled? I've only got 11 and 15 available.
