Any Southeast unit, ADW suspect discussed the lancet in Avalon, last seen on the lancet towards the train track. Suspect male, Hispanic, 20 to 30 years, wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts, dressed as UPO with a handgun. No weapons seen. It's Code 2, incident 3356, RD 1844.
