4 Frank 22, I'm starting you to a disturbance at the fuel up, 1021 East Shaw. Advising a male has been bothering customers, no idea if he damaged the RP's vehicle. It's a BMA, bald, wearing a brown shirt, has tattoos, unknown color pants, on a bike, possibly named Calvin, no weapons seen.
