Headquarters and Westover units, priority check welfare. It's going to be on 77 on the Tyvola ramp. Looks like it's the 77 southbound off-ramp to Tyvola. Caller's advising it's a stroller, possibly with a baby in it. 26-11-16, I'm going to go ahead and put you on it. 10-4.
