7 Baker 310, 700 Monroe Street at the VBC. They're advising in the north side of the parking lot in, I believe, Tesla at Mars Music Hall. Just advising that they were being harassed and followed. It's unknown where the offender is at this time. Just advised that they think they may be still. 10-97, possibly in a black car, fancy tags. Said that the windows are tinted, so they're unable to see if it's occupied.
