A man fired nine shots outside a hospital in Los Angeles before fleeing on foot. Police are searching for the suspect, described as wearing a baseball hat and green scarf. One individual was found with gunshot wounds to the face and chest and is conscious.

West Bureau, TAC 2, Channel 40, for West LA. Refrained from broadcasting on West Bureau, TAC 2, Channel 40. 53, is this the exact location of where the ADW occurred? Did it happen on Barrington or did it happen on Sotel Vicidity? 8853, 8836 had the victim inside of a gray Chevrolet Equinox at Barrington and Rochester. 8 William 53, I'm Code 6 at the shooting crime scene. We have casings here.

He's changed his shirt from black to a white shirt. 8852 has a possible citizen reporting that the suspect changed his shirt from a black shirt to a white shirt. Citizen reporting last seen walking eastbound Santa Monica from Corrin's. 8852 has a citizen reporting that the suspect was last seen walking eastbound Santa Monica from Corrin's. Suspect now wearing a white shirt instead of a black shirt.
