6630 from Washington. You had control. 165 Highland Terrace. Caller's advising a white male with gray hair, taller, comes into the plant daily. Does not live there. Reporting that he just starts trouble with people and then leaves. Supposedly he just assaulted the neighbor's dog by hitting them with a stick. He has since left. Unknown where he's at other than he's on foot.
