Attention to all Garner units in the area of West Garner Road and Benson, West Garner and Benson. Been locked out for a black sedan, 128th of Lincoln, John King, 3855. Caller saw the male passed out at the cross street, kept driving, believes possibly intoxicated. Said that they did see an open beer can. Continuing on Garner Road towards Jones Sausage. Authorities concerned, citizen, my time, 1801.
