1 Adam 11. 1 Boy 11. 1 Adam 11, 1 Boy 11. Suspicious subject in front of the Ojai Library in the grass area. 111 East Ojai, cross of Signal. On the RP, the UPS is saying that a transient male in his late 40s or early 50s, 5'10 to 6', with long dark hair, beard, and medium build, wearing a gray shirt with blue jeans, and a backpack, is harassing and yelling at people that are walking by. Possibly HPD and no weapons were seen in front of the library in the grass area.
