Central's on the air, challenge with fire, station 1. Respond on a medical, 291 Dakota Avenue. Responding on a 66-year-old female that was stung. Patient is awake and alert with a history of severe allergic reaction. Has been advised to use her EpiPen but does not want to use it and is refusing. HV is not emergent. Timeout 1659.
