Priority 2 for a hit-and-run that just occurred in the 11th Street Garage, 117 11th Street Southwest. Crystal McAllister is going to be standing by an Oren Mitsubishi Outlander. Oren the Outlander. I'm going to attach the West Virginia tag. Her vehicle was struck by a tan Toyota Corolla. She was informed by the parking attendant that the suspect moved the vehicle down a couple more spots and then left the area on foot. Went into the hospital with a child.
