Vehicle turned out at the liquor store, was going around direction, then turned around and then went into the Sprouts parking lot. Vehicle's going to be a tan Toyota Avalon with some damage on the vehicle. Utah listening, uniform 771, Zulu Juliet. A female walked into the Sprouts store. All units, attempt to locate.
