21 James Street. CS, CSX is calling the train company. Said they had to stop the train. There was a dark-skinned Hispanic or Middle Eastern male, long hair, wearing a white shirt and blue pants, laying on the tracks. They said the best access is from Genesee Street, Genesee Street near the Lindo end. The train is stopped right now. Waiting for our clear.
