Lincoln 41. 41. Lincoln 41 and 14, got a complaint about traffic with move-in over in West Village at Jade and Sage. RP is upset with the way transportation is conducting traffic, said it's unsafe, the U-turn that they're having to make and don't feel safe in the area. They want to speak to an officer as well as have you guys assist.
